If you select Penguin Umbrella you will become an employee of Penguin Pay under an overarching employment contract. Your method of being paid will be Umbrella PAYE with all appropriate deductions taken at source. We will provide you with the benefit of all relevant statutory employment rights (inclusive of, but not limited to) holiday pay, maternity/paternity pay, sick pay and state pension; as well as all appropriate employment insurances.
If you have been successfully placed in your contract with a recruitment agency, or directly with an end client, we will enter into a contract with them (if they are not already one of our partners), to ensure that you can be paid. After you have Joined Us you will only be required to submit your weekly timesheets on time. We will invoice your agency for the work you have carried out and after calculating deductions applicable to your circumstance, you will be paid on your agreed pay day.
